Records for this only show ride owners back to June 1979; however, some slips suggest the ride may have made its debut was back in 1922. The owners we do have on record are Glyn DeKoning from June 1979 until 1980, Joey Whayman from September 1980 until 1981, Liam McGill from 1982 until 1984, and Barry Gilbert & Stanley Freeman, both having short ownership spells in 1985 & 1986. Enston Bros became the owner in 1986 until its sale to Jack Schofield in 1992; Jacks ownership spanned 23 years before selling it to Brett Graham in 2016
